I got a hold of Sandy Keeton (who helped my Mom with her purchase) today and Tautfest made the trip to the country to fix the small issue.....TODAY! My Mom was so excited! Today I called Tautfest and had Patty in parts take my call omg she is amazing at her people skills and getting you serviced!!! Then a young new service guy came out to my rental to see what was needed to fix a dishwasher and I was so impressed his name was Mica sorry for spelling but he was so polite, well mannered and very helpful. We always hear the bad stuff but I just gotta say today was a 5 star service loved my service!!! Thank you all Randy and Donna Cornelsen
We went in Tautfest furniture on a whim while in town and found amazing furniture, service and quality. We went in for a headboard and left with numerous items of impeccable quality! Sandy and David both went above and beyond for myself and my family today. Everyone was incredibly helpful and the owner even gave my 2.5 year old son a 1946 half dollar on our way out. Hands down best experience we have had in buying furniture!
The single worst customer service in western Oklahoma. Anyone considering a new purchase, whether a single appliance or a complete remodel, should look anywhere else but Tautfest. Tautfest will not repair your appliances properly. They will not honor the warranties on new appliances. Tautfest will not stand behind their products or their customers and their repairmen are not competent.
Sandy was extremely helpful, she delivered AMAZING service! She was able to get us exactly what we wanted at this time, we told her our current situation and she worked to get us what worked best for us! We definitely recommend Tautfest, thank you so much to Sandy!
Darla Hawkins is amazing! She got me everything I was looking for and it is so beautiful! It didn’t take them long to put it together and they did such an amazing job! I highly recommend them! 🤗🤗
