This review is for the Dr. Taussky Philipp who works at Beth Israel hospital in Boston, Mass. My daughter had brain tumor, the diameter was 2 inches, with a solid part and a liquid filled part. She was scheduled for surgery. The proposal was to only remove the solid part and drain the liquid. I had expressed concerns, and wanted a second opinion. Dr. Taussky and his team are truly amazing! Mine was an unusual case, and I went to him after seeing a few other doctors. His knowledge, skills, and experience made me feel completely at peace throughout the whole process. He saved my life. I highly recommend him and the excellent service at University of Utah Hospital!
Dr. Taussky and team are among the best of the best brain trauma specialists in the world. I know this because he saved my husband's life after a very bad skiing accident. Along with Dr. Taussky, all of the medical staff in the University of Utah's Medical Center is exceptional.
