We engaged Tauro Turf to do our front yard ~ 1 yr prior. Our experience was that they will promise you the world to get the job and once agreed you become alot less of a priority. Overall the job was quite good however there were a couple of items that needed follow up. Despite having it in writing that they agreed to come back and finish those items they have not been completed even after multiple calls and messages.
