One star for admin's responsiveness to emails and phone calls. That is all I can give. After being recommended by a friend for doing an amazing job we contacted Tauro Turf on 17th October. They were very quick in responding, I send pictures and measurements of the front yard and got a ball park figure that we thought was very reasonable and we were told Adrian will contact us soon to arrange a date and time for measure and quote. We engaged Tauro Turf to do our front yard ~ 1 yr prior. Our experience was that they will promise you the world to get the job and once agreed you become alot less of a priority. Overall the job was quite good however there were a couple of items that needed follow up. Despite having it in writing that they agreed to come back and finish those items they have not been completed even after multiple calls and messages.
