After having seen so many positive reviews, I used these guys for my front courtyard turf. I raised concerns within a day that the turf was very low compared to the adjacent brick pavement, to the point where my both me, neighbours and my elderly mother had tripped on the steepness of the ledge it created a number of times. One of the staff, Adrian, offered he would come and assess the turf and but never did.
