We woke up Tuesday December 3rd to no heat. We phoned Tauton Trades at 8:30am by noon the technician Adam had arrived. He inspected the furnace explained what was wrong. He advised that Sean would phone later to discuss options. We agreed to their estimate and agreed to have a new furnace installed. Sean and Adam arrived Wednesday Dec 4th at 9am and by the afternoon we had heat. We are truly impressed with their quick response and very thankful
Our operation is not straightforward, and involves a collection of various heating systems, including in-floor radiant, propane suspended units, a Navien tankless unit and radiant tube heaters. Sean and his team were prompt, accurate, upfront and reasonable. They were also exceptionally knowledgeable on all aspects of our heaters. Sean and Adam were an integral part of my back yard renovation. They assessed my project needs, identified areas for improvements with existing equipment and executed their portion of the project swiftly and within budget. I appreciate their professionalism and honesty. I have since hired Taunton Trades to return for annual HVAC maintenance with no regrets. I highly recommend them.
