So appreciate the office staff . They were polite, kind & very helpful . So efficient & really knew there scope of practice. The technician was very polite , he show us as well as walked us through the problem & it’s repair . The pricing was fair . We had a pool heater installed and can't be happier with the results. We would not hesitate to use Taunton Trades again in the future. Although the work done is OK, don't get robbed from this trader. I just wanted to get my rusted and leaking gas steel pipe replaced , they charged me 1283$ . I myself is a technician,have knowledge of engineering, so saying that you don't know anything and imposing unnecessary expenses ,do not justify .I will never recommend to get the work done from them.
The guys were very professional, the job was done exactly as we agreed on and in a timely manner. I would refer this company anytime..
