We have been here on Taunton Terrance close to 25 years and ever since Nathan and Kim came here to look after the site it's almost like living in a Heaven environment everything as change. It's clean, the garbage is enclosed so the public doesn't see it and our yards are kept cleaned. In the years I have been here, I seen so much things disappeared but I couldn't say anything, I just had to close my eyes to it and let the company waste their money why you might ask me (personal reason with staff members). I would like to start out by saying I have been here for 18 years REAL STAR you should be very proud of kim and Nathan I had a hot water tank leaking I got a hold of kim she is so good and on the ball she got a plumber in right away changed my hot water tank and I was good to go these two management are so darn great REALSTAR sure hope you pat them on the back in summer months I see them out and around picking up garbage ect and in the winter months there ALWAYS out cleaning and salting walk ways kim and Nathan thanks for yo... read more
Grew up here, my dad and mom were the supers- they were treated like garbage- they worked their behinds off and Realstar treated them and management like absolute trash. EVERYONE loved my dad, he worked hard, and was always available to fix anything that was needed. I worked at the pool on the summers, my sister helped in the office- and the old manager sued for discrimination! They are horrible to work for, and to rent from. Over priced, baseboard heating!
