I spent a year at Taunton Terrace and it was a very welcome experience. The property managers (Kimberly and Nathan) are hardworking and do a wonderful job of maintaining a clean, and safe complex. The townhouse units are spacious and bright and the location is accessible whether you drive or take public transportation. Thank you Taunton Terrace for giving me such a lovely housing experience at a time when I needed something stable and reasonably priced.

I have lived at Taunton Terrace for just over 1.5 years. During that time I have found Kim and Nathan to be professional and hardworking. They often walk throughout the grounds picking up garbage, delivering communications and keeping everything presentable. Kim and Nathan do all repairs in our units in a timely fashion. Kim and Nathan make Taunton Terrace a home to be proud of. Thank you Kim and Nathan for all your hardwork and dedication. I look forward to many years at Taunton Terrace

We have been here on Taunton Terrance close to 25 years and ever since Nathan and Kim came here to look after the site it's almost like living in a Heaven environment everything as change. It's clean, the garbage is enclosed so the public doesn't see it and our yards are kept cleaned. In the years I have been here, I seen so much things disappeared but I couldn't say anything, I just had to close my eyes to it and let the company waste their money why you might ask me (personal reason with staff members).
