Dr Kassis has been our family doctor for about 5 years now and we really like him and his staff. the clinic has good hours where you can get in and see a doctor or nurse when you need to (even on weekends). i think Dr. Kassis is a very good doctor.
Went there today for what I thought was a sinus infection, drainage, and fluid behind my ear drum. Some young lady took me to her office, said I really wasn't sick, just had a cold. However, since I requested an antibiotic, she would fax it in with a nose spray. Went 3 hours later, no fax had been received, doctors office said they would relax it. Called couple of hours, still no fax . Even drove to the pharmacy before it closed to check again, still nothing!! Guess since she said I really wasn't sick, she thought I didn't n... read more
