Ladies, do NOT have any waxing services performed here!! Unprofessional and not qualified!! They waxed my daughter lip and created an awful burn and as a RN for 30 plus years, they definitely aren’t qualified to perform this task!! Shame shame. Hope her face doesn’t leave a scar. Awful service!
DO NOT GET WAXED HERE. I came here for a simple lip waxing before a party I have later today because my makeup seems to apply better when my face is smooth, and I LEFT WITH A BURN. These people should not be waxing if my skin was burnt from a simple lip wax. About 20 mins after I left, the burning was becoming more and more painful, and the burn was more noticeable on my face, so I chose to go back to see if they could help. Have been here twice so far and I love it! Definitely my new favorite salon. All the staff is hardworking and good at what they do. The salon is on the small side but nice and *clean*. What more could you want from a salon? To me, literally the most important thing is for it to be clean (and to produce good work/results, of course).
