Meet the Business Owner Dr T. Business Owner Our office opened in 1977 in a professional building on Carnelian. The office was the first Optometry practice in Rancho. Both Dr. Tatum and Dr. Trezza taught at the Optometry College of M B Ketchum University while building the practice. Dr. Tatum was promoted to the rank of asst. professor and honored for 25 years of academic service. Since opening we have served the community through Rotary , Kiwanis and Lions club.
