A total scam artist who makes/breaks appointments for people who've bought his cheap Groupon. When you call for an appointment, he tries to talk you out of buying the Groupon you've already paid for! He sets an appointment, then you arrive on time and the studio door is locked and he doesn't answer his phone. Then he calls the next day with a BS excuse after you've gotten your Groupon refund. I instead went to a nearby studio, who told me they'd already inked 3 other people who had the same exact experience! Stay away!

Was an hour late for my appointment and now won't answer my calls or texts. My tattoo is half finished. I should have gone with my first instinct and went to Atomic!!! HE SUCKS ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Martin was great. Received a new lady bug tattoo in honor of my grand daughter and I just love it! He was very accommodating since I showed up earlier than my appointment time. He always responded via email and voicemail to my questions. I'm coming back for more!!!!
Not professional and terrible customer service. He told me to call him in the morning to confirm my appointment and 4 days later I haven't heard from him. I've called and emailed several times. This seems to be a reoccurring issue with him.
This was the worst experience I've ever had, the tattoo literally looks like my seven-year-old drew it on me. When I messaged him and asked him for half of a refund because I have to go elsewhere to get it fixed he never responded. Not to mention in shop I sat there for four hours before he was even ready when he was supposed to have my drawing ready. After he drew it, it looked bad so I ended up drawing it myself. I just got my first tattoo from him and he talked to me all the way through and he is the nicest person and he work is unbelievable he killed its amazing he made it come out better then the picture I gave him to use
