Dr. Who is the only tattoo artist I will ever allow to do my tattoos. Just by stepping into his tattoo studio you can see how much history hes got in this business. His work is guaranteed for life. If you get a tattoo anywhere else, hell probably be the one thatll have to fix it later. Hes the best, simple as that.
For years I have been looking for someone to say yes I can cover tht name your neck which also had a rose over top,dr.who said no problem he did a wonderfoll job no more name plus added to so it all went toghther!!!My husband saw the job he did made apt.got a new tat I think it one if not the best I have ever saw. I have many tats but he is your man.
