Unless you enjoy having a surprise addition to your tattoo AFTER deciding on the design, DO NOT go to this shop. They make a mess of your tattoo and then refuse to correct it to your satisfaction.

This guy is the truth! He has been doing tattoos for over 4 decades and he uses dye instead of ink. If you want some sloppy job from any Joe Schmoe wannabe artist, go elsewhere. If you want a quality piece from an experienced master, you might have to come off with some extra cash, but when you see the quality youll appreciate what a bargain you got.
Dr.Who has been a very close and dear friend of mine for over 20yrs. now. He did 2 of my tats and 1 body piercing. I have 2 other tats that were done before our meeting that are in dire need of some touch up. I now live in Connecticut and cant find anyone I trust to do the work. Guess a trip back to P-town could be on the horizon. I highly recomend him as a true artist and also a great person.

For years I have been looking for someone who could put a Roman Legionaire on my left calf. No one else would do it since they did not have a design to go by. Dr. Who however drew a legionaire free hand and made it more realistic than any picture in a book, I get compliments everywhere I go. He is a custom tattoo artist. If you have an idea and are looking for an artist to expand upon your idea, he is the person youre looking for.
