Great services at reasonable cost I love going to Serenity. The staff is always friendly, appointments are on time, the setting is lovely and the location is easy to access from anywhere in the Bay Area via public transportation. Along with all that add that their prices are reasonable. What more could you ask for?

Clean job from start to finish My most recent visit was for laser hair removal and it was awesome! I loved every part of it from start to finish, every tech was super helpful and very friendly. I even had a few questions about another procedure and the tech who was helping me was very friendly while explaining things to me. Everyone made me feel very comfortable!
