The Evolution has begun I have been going to Tattoo Evolution for about 4 years now, at both locations. Tom continues to be one of the more responsible shop owners, and has a great group fo artists working for him. My personal favorites are his red haired gremlin, Tyler, who has one of the sickest minds there is and does amazing work.
