We are a luxury apartment complex located in Hinesville, Georgia, right outside of Gate 7 at Fort Stewart. We have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom homes for rent. We have 2 fitness rooms, a business center and sparkling pool, that can be used year round. Washers and Dryers are included in all of our homes. We are pet friendly, and include the Military Clause in our lease.

I love the appartment and the pool and gym room plus the ladies in the office and the workers are very nice. Two things that are not perfect: parking situation at our building, if you come home after 5 you have to park a block down and the balcony/stairs dont get pressure washed so they get quite a bit dirty but all together we really love it here
The staff was wonderful. Always friendly and the maintenance guys will take your garbage if they catch you walking it to the compactor. Residents don't really pick up after their pets and in the coastal Georgia heat it makes it smell. The parking to the 100 building needs to be addressed since parking a building away with groceries or in the rain really sucks. Lots of stairwell noise and bedrooms are by the stairs. Still best apartments in the area and the only gated community.
