MOLD Infested. These apartments are infested with MOLD. The slightest rain will cause a flood and water will come inside your apartment if you live on the first floor. The apartments smell bad because of all the mold. They just paint right over the mold like it never happened and gets the apartment ready for the next tenant. The staff is also unfriendly and unprofessional. If you have babies or small children, I would not recommend you live here if you care about their health.
