Tattered Tulips is definitely one of my favorite places to shop. Love their merchandise and they are very affordable. They have 3 locations and staff is always friendly and eager to help. They carry different merchandise in each store, so make sure you visit all three!
Staff is very unfriendly. Not the first time this has happened.
I cannot explain how important this store is to me and I know this is going to sound silly. I have severe PTSD and I come to this store on especially bad days. For some reason the ambiance really helps me. It’s like no other store I’ve ever been in. Once you enter it’s like you’ve been transported in to another world. Visited the Tattered Tulip (Mercantile) in North Tonawanda today for the first time. Unfortunately was not impressed, will definitely return to both locations in Lockport but will pass on North Tonawanda. Felt it lacked the warmth and personal touch as the other two shops have in Lockport (Barn & Home). Ladies working the front desk did not go out of their way to welcome you, rather than gossiping the whole visit we were there (as their voices echoed through the store).
Very nice and unique home decor. I found the staff to be friendly and the no return after 7 days policy was emphasized to us upon checkout.
