I come here every time I am in town, and get something off the menu for breakfast or brunch, usually the savory french toast or the salmon and avocado tartine. I've never had a meal there that was less than excellent, and the coffee is very good too. The bread that they sell looks tasty but they can't slice it for you . . . and yet it's sliced when they prepare an entree with it? Kind of odd. Staff is friendly and the food is great! On the higher end of the spectrum price-wise but other than that it's a great spot to hang out for lunch!
I was there Saturday afternoon, 8/23. The guy in the black shirt (manager ??) was casually talking to a worker, while I was in line waiting to be served. The guy looked directly at me several times without any verbal acknowledgement. I had to interrupt their conversation & ask to be served before the female worker he was talking to put on her gloves and took care of my order.
