HORRIBLE! Cost me thousands in fees and penalties and I was a client for over 12 years!! I was a loyal customer and I am shocked by the cancelled appointments and unprofessionalism.
THESE PEOPLE ARE OFF THE BS. I HAD A 5:00 APPOINTMENT GOT THERE EARLY AND BY 6:45 WAS STILL NOT SEEN. MEANWHILE, THE TAX PREPARER WAS LAUGHING AND CACKLING IT UP IN THE ROOM WITH CLIENT WHO HAD BEEN IN OVER AN HOUR WHILE RUNNING NEARLY 2HRS BEHIND ON HIS APPOINTMENTS. RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE OF PEOPLES TIME. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My girlfriend and her family has been doing business with them for over 10 years Had appointment with them this year 2 hrs of waiting just wish Phil was there this wouldn't have happened
