I have my taxes done here every year. Everyone here is simply amazing
Tate taxes is the best. Phil has been doing my taxes for 19 years, and I am very pleased. Never once had an issue, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, professional and efficient. I have referred at least 8 customers who are all pleased as well.
Wow. I just realized I haven't made a review on Tates(specifically Tyler). So everyone I have ever dealt with from Tates for the past 4yrs has been EXCEPTIONALLY! I just read the 1* comments and I don't stand by them nor agree what so ever, its actually confusing. I believe it to be a triple 'Karen' situation. I have over a dozen friends and acquaintances that have been customers for years, and they would agree with me. I'll be seeing Tyler yr after yr. Thank you for everything you've done for me and my ex-wife.
Taxes were a struggle with this company. They missed appointments we made, were difficult to get on the phone, and never called or emailed us when they said they would. After my family got our taxes done, they misspelled my name on the filing forms and the payment voucher didn't match the number on the tax return but none of them checked that. They said it was our responsibility to check that so they are not at fault even though it caused me to have to pay a second payment to the State Comptroller to finish paying taxes. It ... read more
