THESE PEOPLE ARE OFF THE BS. I HAD A 5:00 APPOINTMENT GOT THERE EARLY AND BY 6:45 WAS STILL NOT SEEN. MEANWHILE, THE TAX PREPARER WAS LAUGHING AND CACKLING IT UP IN THE ROOM WITH CLIENT WHO HAD BEEN IN OVER AN HOUR WHILE RUNNING NEARLY 2HRS BEHIND ON HIS APPOINTMENTS. RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE OF PEOPLES TIME. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My girlfriend and her family has been doing business with them for over 10 years Had appointment with them this year 2 hrs of waiting just wish Phil was there this wouldn't have happened

1 day ago FOLLOW UP: Because of the tax error, I ended up owing taxes and had to file an amended return. I was told that they would file the amendment. So I sent in the money for my taxes owed. Months later, I get a letter from the IRS stating they received the payment but no amended return. Think Tates Tax Service sent an amendment? NOPE! I called and called and emailed and emailed stating the deadline I was given by the IRS to get them the amended return. I was a first-time client and had an extremely disappointing experience. The tax preparer at this business made serious errors that resulted in me being told I owed thousands of dollars—completely inaccurately. I had to hire a certified CPA to re-do everything, and they confirmed the original filing was deeply flawed.
