They scratched my new truck PLEASE Read Very bad service I took my truck in to get fog lights put on they took over 3 hours and charged me more than they said on the phone then after all that they said we offer a free car wash after service and I said OK big mistake I get it back Remind you my truck is a 2018 chevy silverado 2500hd diesel with 4000 miles on it all over the hood ,roof,sides etc. I find scratches all over my truck I have tried to resolve this problem for 3 weeks now with Tates but I never get a call or respons... read more

Spoke with the customer after incident and took photos of damage. Spoke with detail manager and the car wash maintenance man and showed them the vehicle. Both indicated that the scratches in question could not have come from the car wash. We run 40-50 units a day through the car wash with no instances of scratching reported. Our detail expert indicated that he could remove finish scratches by buffing and waxing exterior. We offered to buff finish and customer declined our offer. Friendly and helpful service department I've had two oil changes and a partial rear bumper replaced at Tate's. I'm extremely impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. I will use Tate's anytime we are up in the White Mountains.
Stress free Knowledgeable sales staff. I was not pressured to buy right away. The overall buying experience was stress free. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Outstanding experience Ordering a new 2016 truck in July 2015 was quite an experience. However, Tates stuck with it despite all the hoops GM put them through. I believe this is the fourth vehicle I have purchased through them. Their sales team and service department is top notch. excellent service from the dealership had not received my tags and registration for the vehicle I purchased in September made a phone call as the temp expired on Oct. 29 made a trip to the dealership and was taken to the MVD and received my tags and regristration
