Dear Tate's Bake Shop, it has recently come to my attention that you have falsely advertised your product. An acquaintance has informed me that she received 14 cookies in a bag of your product that read, "approximately 12 cookies per bag." This poor girl found not 11, not 13, but 14 cookies. When one thinks of "approximately," he or she will most likely expect one more or one less than the given amount. My friend found TWO whole more cookies.
