Had the chocolate chip. I actually prefer them getting a little air before eating. It hurts one of my bad teeth to have them to crunchy. Once the air gets to them for a day they become soft. YUM!

Great gluten free Ginger cookies! Can't stop eating them
We have been addicted to the chocolate with walnuts Tate's cookies for over a year. something has changed and the cookies are not as crisp and wonderful as in the past. We have tried 4 different bags and they are just average now. Please go back to the old receipe and bring back our very crispy cookies!

We randomly bought a stack of Tate's gluten free double chocolate chocolate chip cookies on a road trip last week. They had samples out and when I started exclaiming(along the lines of When Harry Met Sally), a bunch of people came running over to try them too, so I had to grab myself some before they were gone ;-) OMG. It's turned us into rabid cookies people. I'm more the cookie person in general but my boyfriend has been eating them too as well as policing my consumption to make sure we both get our equal share - SO GOOD. ... read more
