Worst experience ever. Referred for a root canal, got infection, cut the gum infection site and put on antibiotics, infection escalated my whole side of my face was swollen under my eye down my neck across my lips, headed for ER, received pain meds and antibiotics through an IV, next started green mucas from sinuses on that side only, decided to have tooth pulled ,this dr said it was cracked, inflamed and wouldn’t of healed. If you have insurance with Ameritas, a root canal is likely going to cost you more at this office, as they code the procedure as two separate charges-one for the actual procedure and one for the consult, x-rays, vitality test, etc. This is likely a way to get more money out of their patients. When I complained, I was told, "too bad!". I have never been billed like this by any endodontist in the past and will not use this office again.
