Was surprised with $200 cost over expected $800 expense. Was told “price shown online is an estimate.” Yet it was only spark plug change, so parts and labor can’t be accurately estimated? Not sure how the estimate is off by $200 and why no one would take the time to confirm the cost with me before performing the work. No effort to explain the cost or reduce it so I paid and moved on. Service Center, always quick, clean & comfortable!!
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I brought my 2014 Jeep Wrangler there for an oil change and transmission issue. I set up an appointment and got there early. It was still having troubles with the transmission when I brought it in. I sat for a while and when I was told there was no issue with the transmission and their systems couldn't diagnose the issue. So their manager took it for a test drive. Still no issue. So they changed the oil, did their multi point inspection, and sent me on my way. I do credit them fo... read more
