Classic Bait and Switch. Confirmed 3 separate times that they had the vehicle I wanted before taking the time off and making the drive. Finally get there and they never had it to begin with.

Having a TERRIBLE experience with Tate Jeep service! Awful communication, they don't follow through on what they promise, BO'd parts (that I found out of state and had sent to dealer a whole 7 days before Tate said they could get them!), Evan, the service manager, speaks to me like I am a petulant child and Jeep not being ready when they said it would!
