I have been to Tates on several occasions, and I find each time the service is above and beyond. From the intake process to when I.leave I feel secure. I would recommend Tates to anyone. THEY ARE GREAT!
Every time I call nobody answers and when someone does they hangup on me. It seems to be this 1 guy that always seems to answer when I call and he always forwards my call to a voicemail. He NEVER wants to help me or has an answer for my question or just doesn't want to answer my question so I get hung up on or forwarded to a voicemail where I NEVER get a call back.
All repairs were definitely made to my complete satisfaction. I look forward to bringing my car to Tate again soon. Shout out to Thuan in the service department for great customer service ♥️ Thank you to your team for the wonderful customer service ☺️ P.S. I love the 3 oil change package you offer ♥️
I have had my vehicle in three times for the same problem. Each time something was repaired other than the initial problem. This most recent time, there were three issues and only one was repaired. I guess this is how they keep you coming back to make more money? They fail to realize some of what the customer goes through just to bring a vehicle in. Example - changing work days, arranging a different car or someone to pick you up because nothing is ever done on the same day. Otherwise, their staff is friendly, just not effic... read more
