Brought my ram 1500 to get a few things done , they kept it all day , list the paperwork and did nothing … all day , My father passed away and I need to drive 4 hours and they could care less ! Tate is the worst dealer for service in existence today Bar None ! Thank you for eating my time James and TaTe !
I bought a used jeep back in March. I brought to their attention the tires and how they looked very worn and they said they passed inspection and are fine. Since then I’ve had several places tell me they need to be replaced. When brought up to them they said they wouldn’t do anything. I am very disappointed with the reaction I received from them. Is this the way used car sales go? I’ve never ever had an issue before when buying a used car. Will most likely never recommend them to any of my friends or purchase from them again... read more
Dealership says front brakes were replaced. They cut the set screw for the rotor, didn't bother to replace it, and it doesnt look like the brakes were done either. 80,900 miles listed on the receipt. 82,900 on the odometer currently. Bolts for the caliper were froze in place on the driver side. 0/10 would recommend going here, and if you have to have another mechanic verify the work was done correctly.
Great experience at the service center from start to finish! Brought my car in for a battery problem without an appointment, they arranged for an Uber to pick me up and take me home (40 mins away) so I did not have to wait in the service area. They called the next morning to tell me that everything was done and covered under warranty and that they will arrange another Uber to pick me up to get my car! Top notch service! Thank you Maddie, James and the whole service crew!!
Recently had the pleasure of having our Jeep serviced here at Tate in Frederick. From the minute we arrived, their team did everything they could to give us the best experience. Our advisor, Kevin, was incredibly resourceful in helping us navigate a challenging repair with our vehicle and we are incredibly grateful for his outstanding service. I highly recommend the service team here, they are great.
