Scammer dealer!!!!!!!! Services manager not even worth a mention we will NEVER!!!!!!!!! So back there!!!! They replace you while engine and then will tell you months later you need to replace around the engine. We suspect they mess with your car if they don’t like you. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Been a customer of Tate CDJR since moving to Frederick, Maryland three years ago. I dont want to judge someone on a single mistake when looking at the good that was done, but the disrespect and cavalier attitude towards me a customer and person is something I won’t tolerate. Absolutely exceptional service from Tate Jeep! I was visiting from New York when my Jeep Rubicon began overheating because of a cracked coolant-system component. Despite it being the Friday before Labor Day weekend, Service Manager Jimmy and his team found a way to get my vehicle into the shop that evening, source the necessary part, and complete the repair by Saturday afternoon.
