Great customer service. Thuan Vu was a great help with service department helping my truck get an update regarding recent recall on ABS, and getting oil changed on same day. He was professional, informative, clear, and quick to get me in. Thank you Mr. Vu, you are appreciated.
The Service Dept was great! Disappointed in dealership - vehicle is a 2016 Cherokee - bought and only serviced at this Tate shop. 9 year relationship - no loaner vehicle for a 9 year customer who was without a vehicle for 6 full days. And the shuttle to pick up the car was going to be an Uber - no thank you. Like mentioned first - the Service Department was top notch.
Excellent service, treated like family, will definitely be going back for all my service needs.
Bought 2nd jeep from them. Both experiences were painless. No haggling needed. Salesperson and finance person were great. Highly recommend. Very positive experiences with Service dept as well.
