Honest mechanics who know their stuff These people are honest and have excellent expertise. I myself am a backyard mechanic but I bring my cars to Tate just because they do everything right the first time and by the book, properly. They do not cut corners, I watch them work.
Excellent, honest, & reliable I have received service directly from the owner for almost 10 years. I have NEVER had a bad experience with him or with the quality of service at "Tate Auto." The owner is ALWAYS helpful, he goes out of his way to get the job done at a fair price, and his work is of high quality. What I appreciate the most is that I can trust "Tate Auto Care." Unfortunate Too bad Tate Family Complete Auto Care does not understand the value of helping out a person in need. Just think of the good press they could have received from one simple kind act.
Customer Service = kick in the face Man, I hate when I hear a story about a business ruining their image. But after what I have heard these guys are like, if my car breaks down in front of Tate Family Complete Auto Care, and I don't have a way to fix the car myself, I would walk 500 miles!!!

Rude to my friend! They were rude to my friend who was changing a tire. Run away 9even if you have to drive on a flat
Worst service ever, rude people! My colleague Andrew had a flat tire at late hours in the night just in front of this store and the owners came out insulting him and demanding that he moved his car immediately, regardless of the problem he was having to replace the tire. They were not nice, they were arrogant and threw a prospect client away because he was "blocking" their driveway. Think twice before coming to this place, not recommended.
