I have tried to call about potentially leasing a property listed by TB and have not heard any back after calling several times and sending emails. I do not recommend Tate Brubaker.
The building, location, and owner I would give a solid 4 stars! With the property manager you have 1 star is too high. The building can use a few minor upgrades, mainly insulation. Our gas bill can show the lack or insulation. During a good storm the roof will lift slightly causing the little isolation to be blown onto the floor. The location is great, good area to be in.
