Worst service I have ever received!
Just spent five minutes on hold for the second time today. Just trying to make an appointment with the service department to get a recall done on the wife’s 2017 Cherokeee and the service dept can’t seem to find time to answer the phone. Worst part is that after five minutes I get sent to a mailbox that I have no confidence fence will even be checked. Poor way to run a business
