Positive-The owner does hair nice and neat.Negative- However, she is not responsible as a professional stylist. The shop is never open on time and she takes forever to come when you call her. A few times I set an appointment and she didn't pick up the phone.
I could give zero stars if I could, because I too went through the same nonsense with their unprofessionalism. I called to schedule an appointment to get my hair braided. I was told to come at 10am the next morning (okay no problem). I arrived at the shop 15 minutes early. The door was locked but I saw that the lights inside were on.
