On road trip. Wanted breakfast. Got Chorizo Burrito. Was not disappointed in the slightest.
If I could give Tasty Kate's more ten stars I would. The food is great and the space is fun and interesting. And Kate is the absolute best!!! Do not miss Tasty Kate's!!
I walked into Tasty Kates the day after she opened and fell in love. Just passing through . The next time i passed through, she said. ' don't worry, you'll find your way here soon' .. Moved here four months ago, love to drop in and have coffee in the mornings, LOVE LOVE Tuesdaynight life music and amazing Tapas. And who can find anyone who cares more about humankind than Katie? This is how community finds its way forward. Don't have words for how good the food is!
One of the koolest places I've ever eaten. Kate is an amazing baker and cook!! And we have met the koolest people at Kate's. Best cinnimon rolls in the world!!! Great food and very fun place!! We moved to Port Orford mostly because of Tasty Kates. Ya gotta try it!!! :)
My love affair with Tasty Kate's started with the gift of the Danish from a friend for some computer work. It's been rounded out with delicious meals on Tuesday night when they have live music starting at 5:30 don't be late. I always order hazelnut skinny latte which Kakie mixes to perfection, I've had Thai larb, salads and tri tip they've all been delicious. The atmosphere (mature hippie) and friendly people make it an experience to be treasured. Plus the ingredients are real butter, good sugar, etc.
Delicious, cozy and fun. A must stop for anyone traveling through Port Orford.
