RecommendedI love the food, ALWAYS fresh and the flavors are spot on! When I’m visiting from Tennessee, this restaurant is on my list of stops, every visit! Nice atmosphere and the owner is very welcoming and knowledgeable.
Entering we were welcomed with the hypnotic smell of curry and a comfortable family friendly atmosphere. Detailed menu allows novices to experiment with tastes. Relaxed and timely service with generous portions of delicious treasures offered an excellent dining experience.
One of my favorite spots...always pleased to dine here.

This place is very hit-or-miss. Sometimes you get what you pay for, but most times you don't. We ordered two mango lassis that were so sour they were undrinkable and chicken tikka masala that had three sad chunks of chicken. We'll be returning to the place in Schererville on 41. Taste of India has officially lost my family's business.
I really like their Masala chai and garlic nan. Very clean and friendly staff. Will definitely come back to eat here again!��
Amazing food!!! The grill mix is definitely my favorite. You can get over a pint of beer for $8. Loved how the owner walked around showed himself and talked with each table. Staff was just amazing.
Food is delicious. Prices are reasonable. Service is friendly and helpful. Place is clean, colorful and cheerful. Everything we had was great.
