I miss this great, quaint place. Delicious garlic naan, ckn biryani, mango/tamarind chutney and mango lassi. All first time to try after a stressful day at work and cleaning up bro's rental property adjacent to it. Never regretted it and I keep coming back til work flew me to Los Angeles in '04. Great food and wonderful service. It's the little things that make a big difference. I loved the warm cup of complimentary chai while we waited for our table. This place has that rare quality of making you feel comfortable and cared for even though they're always busy. You can tell the employees feel that they're part of a team, a family. Without saying a word, through their actions, they tell me that they're grateful for my business.
Oh my goodness this is my go to Indian restaurant hands down. Love the bottomless chai tea, mouth watering dishes, cherry/almond nan, eclectic building decor and attentive staff. I'm an UberEATS driver and call this a favorite. #UberEATSHappenings

My son and I live in port angeles but will come over to Taste of India in Seattle just for the great food and wonderful service couple of months - 3 hr drive but totally worth it!!
