Sometimes I get coffee and sometimes my family gets their amazing gelato, but yesterday I went to Taste and See for their opinion on a Chemex to brew coffee at home. I didn’t know anything about it and was on the fence between that and a French press. He explained the differences to me, how to make coffee in it, and helped me choose a blend of coffee I would like. He also had it ground so that it worked best in my Chemex. I made coffee in it this morning and it was wonderful! Thank you so much for your help! ☕️
