On the 7th of June I had my gutters replaced right around my house by Paul. On the 24th June we had some decent rain so I got on the roof to check how it was all going. The gutters were holding water down one side of the house. I took a photo and sent it to Paul. He came over a few days later and had a look and told me he would fix it soon but it wasn't anything that will cause damage. Above average installation and advice. Far below average response to defects and finishing details.
I got a quote, sight unseen, for a skylight repair in December last year. I paid a deposit and I have been waiting for this work to be done. Communication about receipt of deposit, when the work would be done and why there was a delay was not given. I have now cancelled the work and requested a refund.
