I have been going to Dr Malani for about 6 years now and seen many changes in the office but this latest change in the front office feels more like a circus than the front end of a medical office. Dr. Malani is still a wonderful doctor but he is sadly handicapped by the lazy uneducated people in the front office now. They have managed to loose my most of my medical records.
