RecommendedVery friendly staff very clean
Holy Cross Hospital used to be considered a good hospital. My beloved mother was taken via ambulance with a diagnosis of a possible stroke, and I can not even get a descent report from her “nurse” because of this woman’s total apathy! I called nursing administration, and I am now waiting for a call back.. I have called SIX times today! I was on hold for 31 minutes, 22 minutes, 17 minutes, and so on. This is what passes for healthcare in our country!
As a cash payer (my insurance is abroad - I have to pay all in advance) I am "wrestling" with Holy Cross bills since 08/2019. I paid when my husband left the doctor, right there,. And there are more and more bills coming for same procedure and now an XRay even though that also got paid weeks ago. It is just not ending. I called meanwhile 6 times the Billing Dept to solve the problem - answer: nothing on file. I got even a confirmation number for "case closed". Last week again a bill. My mother was direct admitted by her doctor and 2.5 hours later still sitting in the admitting department and who knows how much longer we have to sit her before getting into a room.
This hospital is just disgusting third world treatment. My friend is in hospice and they leave their patients to sit in their feces for hours. No love and no care. They treat patients like animals here. I used the ER and after an hour i realized there was dried blood splattered over the bars of my bed. No standard of cleaning or hygiene! Revolting and they should be ashamed. Very third world standard of care here.
He is such a kind and caring OB/GYN! I’m so happy I decided to make him my doctor. I was originally scared to have a C-Section, but Dr. Tuttleman walk me through the whole procedure. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new Gynecologist! Most say it takes 1-2 weeks before I could be home by myself, but with his help I was up and moving before I left the hospital. My recovery time was much shorter than everyone that I had talk to prior to the C-Section. His staff is so kind and awesome too!
