Absolutely worst company ever. They sent the wrong part and now in order to get my refund they expect me to spend almost as much as the refund in shipping as the refund is for their mistake. If i could of given negative stars I would have. I will never use them again. Worst online company ever.

You've been warned! That lousiest company on the internet. They post one price for a part then swap you out for another price. That's called bait and switch. Run far away don't look back. You've been warned so don't b**** and complain

Do not buy from this company it’s a scam. I just opened a case on paypal to get my refund. It turns out they don’t have any car part in stock and expect you to wait for over a month. Read all the reviews online and you will know this company is a scam. You have been warned.

Please Read these reviews guys. Had I known i would've never ordered from this company. First of all there is nowhere on the site that says all parts are outsourced. I placed an order on 4/28 with the intention that the items are in stock... Immediately received an email that i have to wait an additional 3-5 business days for the parts to get to them.. I placed an order on a Monday for a simple Ford part. The FOLLOWING Monday (7 days) I received a message that I would be getting some tracking information in another 2-4 days. 4 days later then finally shipped it. They shipped it UPS ground to further extend my wait. I wrote them about this and the email got ignored. This was for an "in stock" item. The good news is I saved $1.00 over ebay. Do not buy from Tasca Auto Parts. This is the worst company and will not send you the correct part, will not pick up their phone, and will NOT REFUND you after sending you the wrong part and you've done your part to return it. I have waited over a month for a refund when they sent me the completely wrong part (mirror instead of overhead console bin). I've called 4 times since getting confirmation that the part was returned and each time I had to wait about 25 minutes for them to pick up the phone. They had me run around ... read more

I order from Tasca parts online to support my local dealer, but what a big mistake. The order was processed quickly and shipped immediately, unfortunately it was damaged, not their fault. I have been trying to reach someone since Saturday, while they are closed on weekends, I expected my email to be replied to before Tuesday with a resolve to the situation, still waiting. I tried calling, which is hard to do while at work ....on hold no answer, I called back left a number for the next available person to call me .... still ... read more

Never have seen a company so inept, not sure how they stay in business. Ordered parts that & paid for next day air $$, going on two weeks and still haven't seen them. Called several days in a row with the same explanation, going out today & still haven't received them. Lesson leaned, go to the local mopar dealer if in a hurry !
