I called Friday spoke with Greg and advised that my transmission was grinding between 20-30mph and 40-50mph and it would have hard and sluggish shifts. My mom said in the same vehicle on Bluetooth so there was no way it waste herd that it feels like driving on rumble strips. Greg said they did not have any mechanical failure in these and that they would check it out. I also raised some other minor concerns I wanted to take care of while under warranty. I personally talked this guy and we came to an agreement on what we were going to do to his car. The next morning he showed up and was using profanity towards multiple employees. That doesn't get you very far in life. He did not allow us to even diagnose his vehicle. Does a doctor just start surgery before a complete diagnosis? It is warranty fraud if we just do whatever a customer yells at you to do because his warranty is going to expire in a few weeks. This guy didn't spend a dime with us on this occasion.
