They were a little curt for my liking, and slow to process paperwork. However, they respond in a timely and courteous manner once you're willing to negotiate.

Contacted dealer about the Buick I wanted to buy made appointment for next day told them I wanted to put a deposit hold on vehicle they responded to me later in the day and said sorry it was shipped to another dealer then told me it would be sent back the Marcy day for me to reschedule and look at then half way through the next day it was sent from the other dealership to another dealership we’re it was then sold there and again had to cancel appointment very poor communication between sellers and very poor customer relation... read more
Very helpful, nice experience, didn't wast my time . The add was a little deceiving on the price. And I asked if it had blind spot detector and was told yes and it does not. I should of checked it out better, my fault.
Vehicle was misrepresented, dealer was not prepared for a scheduled visit, and they were not open or willing to negotiate at all. Terrible experience.
I purchase this car and will pick it up Saturday, January 13.
