I had been dealing with cancer all year, and had to submit my receipts in the last month, by March 31. Sent some beginning of March and some on the 31st. Had called customer service 4--5 times throughout the month to make sure I did things right. All of the different cust svce reps said something different and denied all claims except 2, which shows there is no consistency to the criteria, because after March 31, they said they could not pay my claims because they needed an EOB from ins co, which they could not tell me earl... read more
What a nightmare! Never ever again. Very hard to work with. Can't access these funds easily, must fight for every claim. Horrible experience
AWFUL!!!! Is actual to good for them. Worst customer service ever. DO NOT USE THEM! We only use for an FSA account and you call, get put on hold, get treated very rudely, and then they purposely hang up on you if you don't first!
Terrible business practices and customer service. My company opted to use TASC for management of HSA accounts, and we switched to another provider after just one year due to the volume of complaints from employees. I have been trying for weeks to rollover my existing account balance to a legitimate provider and have spent hours on hold - simply trying to obtain an account statement (a document that most other providers would let you just print directly from their website)! PLEASE avoid this company. It is corrupt and thousands of dollars were fraudulently withdrawn from my account. They rushed into a new system because they were having issues with people's accounts being hacked because of their lack of protocols, processes and standards. The customer service is not only bad, it's irresponsible. They refuse to take any ownership for having their employee withdraw money from my account onto a Walmart debit card.
