If I could give lower than a 1 I, would they are a waste of time. I have been contacting and have provided forms to update contact information and terminate services in November. They confirmed and changed contact information but did not process the cancellation. When I called a month later, I was advised the cancelation would be processed. Nothing was processed. If I could give a negative review, I would. I recently started a new job and tried to sign up for COBRA to compliment the two months I wouldn't have insurance. The paperwork I received was missing instructions and their online portal is a joke. Their mission statement says they provide innovative solutions but what a joke that is. Their online portal is confusing, outdated and not intuitive. This whole process has been confusing and to top it off, I think they outsource their customer service to India. Avoid this place! Â
Aside from having great difficulty getting answers as an administrator, there are suspicious hoops that employers must jump through to obtain refunds for overpayments. In seeking a refund for many employer overpayments, I was told a refund would issue in 5 to 7 days. It did not. When I called again to inquire, I was told the refund was put on hold because a monthly payment was due. Terrible. The State of Connecticut switched to TASC for Medical Flex Benefits as well as Dependent Care benefits. They have a great website which was impressive at first .... until I had to submit Dependent Care reimbursement. I uploaded the daycare's forms TWICE, then received a letter saying I needed to fill out a hard copy (i.e. handwritten) form and submit that for reimbursement. What was the point of a website if we have to submit reimbursement forms by mail or by FAX? Shame on Connecticut's Comptroller for choosing... read more

Do not use this service! They are not consistent on the way a reimbursement is issued. Customer service is so scripted, they don't listen to the issue and resolve. Once something goes wrong, you, as the customer suffers because of their mistakes! I wish I had not signed up for this! I can not wait to unenroll myself from this. TOTAL NIGHTMARE, feels like they're playing with my health! 😡Â
We've been with TASC since 2004 and they now administer our FSA, HRA and COBRA. I have had no issues with the COBRA administration, yet and I say yet because it has not yet been implemented as part of their UNIVERSAL Website. All the years of being with TASC I never had any issues until they launched the new UNIVERSAL website back in November 2020 right at the start of open enrollment and TASC did not even have the entire system up and running and there were bugs to be correct. Terrible company that doesn’t know their up from their down. My employer is switching providers and for good reason. I had updated my address in the app and got a message that state it was updated successfully. I then requested my MyCash balance be paid out. They sent it to my old address, weeks after the event I finally get an email saying the check was sent back to them. I am a group health broker and I do not recommend that my clients use TASC. Mistakes happen with any company, but I have never been so consistently frustrated with another vendor as I have been with TASC. They have "their systems and procedures" and providing a convenient streamlined experience for the client does not seem to be their focus.
