the man at the front desk lacked social skills & had lilttle to no respect ...he dont know my story nor do i know his ..no reason to act act that way

was told my follicle test would be emailed to me in a week. two weeks later nothing. i tried calling so many numbers cuz i need these results asap for court. every number led to voicemails of people who didn’t return my call or offer any assistance. never using this facility again
