I love taking care of this hair in this place.
An all round terrible experience. I was made to pay an extra $70 to have my hair washed and styled as it was my first (and last visit). These supposed curly hair specialists cut my hair shorter by 10cm when I specifically asked for my length to remain. It will take 2 years at least for my hair to grow back. They get you to sign this form before they cut your hair, which in retrospect is a red flag saying there will be no recourse for their service. I had my first curly hair cut and colored with Julianna. She went through all the processes, considered my inspiration pictures, and delivered. She even showed me how I can style my hair to create more volume and definition. I was always skeptical to get a curly cut but when I came across Tais on instagram, I just knew I'd go to no other place to get it done.
Highly recommend the curl reset with Jenni! :) Also such a lovely team and space. Thankyou
