I was sent after jail here.
I'm seeing alot of bad reviews on this place so I must throw in my 2 cents. First off did this place after 5 attempts keep me sober??? Absolutely not, but I didn't want to be sober I wanted to appease my family and have a roof over my head. Are there 20 beds to a room full of inmates that look straight out of prison??? Yes, and I one of those people? No, hell I dressed in blazers when I was there and got along very well with the prison looking guys. I loved that it was Coed because I needed that balance. Completely incompetent facility. I was given this place as my PRIMARY CARE by Optum insurance. Place looks like a back alley clinic with service to match. Did not send lab orders to Quest (another two week apointment that wasted my time). Doctors had no information on me despite being in network. Did not listen to my concerns and just ignored their responsibilities. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Have fun holding in line on the phone as you do their job for them.
