The place is clean and the technicians are professional and helpful. However, the problem Is that you could never get a hold of them. There is NO ONE answering the phone.
Started out the DR is not in Tarzana as advertised but North Hills in bad area. They greeted me and everything seemed ok. I went into a room and was asked how much I weigh 🙃 said not sure ..he than proceeded to pull out bathroom scale . I then met practitioner who didn't bother to ask if it was my left or right knee that was giving me problems, same with hip.She than proceeded to leave room. I was visibly upset and she asked why. Great and professional management and service beautiful and calming clinic ,doctors and staff 👌 😀 👏
This place is incredibly shady and unprofessional. They are never open and all the staff work from home. The Doctor doesnt even work here, he just has the staff doing all appointments from home at whatever hours they want.
