Called to have a front door looked at, the lock latch was no longer working, was told on the phone I would be quoted by someone when they got there. I was told I was going to have to pay a fee after the guy looked at the door, which there was no mention of when I spoke to the guy on the phone. That aside, the tech came and told me they could fix the door for $300, which seemed excessive, but we agreed since we were on the hook for them coming anyway at this point.
