I wish I would have read the reviews on yelp because I never would have stepped into the store. I brought in a simple bracelet repair that needed to be soldered and foolishly never even asked how much it would be. When my husband went to pick it up he had the audacity to charge $80.00. My husband left with the bracelet. No receipt given. I knew he ripped me off and of course I would never go back. Within a month the bracelet broke again. I wish I could give this store a no star. Unfortunately one star is the lowest. This guy is extremely unprofessional and rude. He has absolutely no concept of customer service. He made a mistake and instead of taking responsibility, he became defensive, aggressive, and insulting. I finally gave up and asked for my piece back. I had to go back 4 times to get my jewelry. Each time he said it may be ready next week with a very dismissive and insulting attitude. It got so bad that I had to threaten him with legal action. He is a... read more
