I couldn't even get a quote out of Joe. I called several times, no answer. I texted to him the broken frame with the broken glass, measured the area carefully and sent him the measurements and gave him my email as he requested. He said he'd get back to me shortly with a quote but never did. So, I went to Tampa Glass. They cut my glass within 15 minutes and I was on my way.
We paid over $1,500 for a sheet of clear glass to protect our dining room table. We paid extra to have a smudge-free protector treatment on it that they offered. It looks awful!! So many smudges no matter how well we clean it and it is so reflective that our table doesn’t even look black anymore. Anything that touches the glass leaves a mark even when we wipe to clean it with different products. I called the owner to explain our concerns. Not very good, employee was distracted and then offered me pricing on the product I was trying to get that was exorbitant, literally. Very disappointing considering that they were recommended
