If you can avoid them you should - good luck trying to get a price for an anesthesiologist - If you call them, you will talk to someone in a call center who has zero idea what to do, and then tell you you will get a call back in 2 weeks maybe (even though my surgery was scheduled in a week) - no one ever called - this is the scheme they play to overcharge you - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - any business that takes 2 weeks to give you a price...and then never does is a SCAM.
