RecommendedTaryn was a HUGE help in finding our first house in the PNW! She was knowledgeable about each of the towns we shopped in, school districts, etc., while providing feedback about each area. She was patient with showing us several houses over the course of a few months and guided us through the process without any issues! We would recommend her to anyone and plan to use her in the future when we are ready to sell and buy again!

Taryn was very aggressive in looking for properties for me. She clearly understood what I wanted and tailored her searches accordingly. She sent me recommendations almost daily. I eventually found the house I wanted myself because a close friend made the recommendation, but unfortunately by the time I discovered the house sale there already was a bidding war going on with only a few hours to close the deal.
