Very unprofessional. Cannot reach them by phone, it rings for 10 min with no voicemail. I used them one time before and my product created by the millshop came out excellent. Seems like a problem that starts at the top of the company and trickles down to the office, but the people creating all the projects seem to know what they're doing.

Very unprofessional, I call and no one answers and the phone rings forever and cant even leave a message. ive used them once and my product from the Millshop came out great but every other experience has been a brutal nightmare

Horrible customer service. Door designer (Amy) never followed through with promise to call vendor regarding my needs nor did she call me back for over a week. I called and left message for her on two occasions. Finally spoke to her on my third call. She had no idea who I was and asked me the same questions she did during our first call. Obviously Tart does not want my business. Looking at other reviews this appears to be not uncommon. So disappointed!
