Dealt with Wilson Velez , 50+ miles away, all by phone, and he handled the new car sale perfectly. He had great enthusiasm and professionalism throughout the process , never letting the Virus obstacles get in the way. Wilson is a great guy to work with, even delivered the car to me.... that’s what you call service.

Just had worst experience ever buying a car. Bought 2016 certified used CR-V. Upon delivery, did not have the 2nd key. Almost ran out of gas on way home due to no gas in tank. Got home and there was no owner's manual, and now one of turning cameras is broke.Other than that, car was great.
